No. You can invite vendors and manage invoices on your side right away. When vendors join, both sides get more value: messaging, catalog sharing, and a shared relationship layer.

What invoice formats does it support?

JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and PDF. Upload from your phone camera or drag-and-drop a file. Savor extracts everything regardless of format.

How does the approval workflow work?

Set a dollar threshold so invoices above the limit need a manager or admin sign-off before they are finalized. Role-based access keeps upload and approve separated as your team grows.
